Description

Here is my meal plate with simple yet delicious Onion Tambali with some fryyums and chilli papad.... A simple side dish to rice which made with minimal ingredients ????
Here is a super easy and quick sidedish for your rice
"Piyava Tambali as GSB's say...(piyav means onions in konkani language)..
This is an autentic konkani recipe where a coconut base masala is prepared in which we add finely chopped raw onions and drizzle some raw coconut oil on it ....
Here onions adds crunchyness to the dish which does all the magic to the dish....
I say all onion lovers must try this no fire cooking recipe......
Enjoy this side dish with boiled rice / steamed rice along with some fryyums or chilli papads or veg stir fries (actually we gsbs prefer this with fried fish / podis or bhajiyas)
