Heat pan add oil, add mustard seed let it pop, add asafoetida,chopped green chilles, ginger, curry leaves saute awhile add roughly chopped onions fry till pinkish, add turmeric powder saute well add boiled channa, salt to taste and give a good mix finally add coriander leaves, lime juice and freshly grated coconut, and yummy Sundal is ready
